Party Setup Fee
Our party setup fee includes the following:
The use of a truck or trucks (Average truck rental per day with insurance is $100.00), truck fuel, tolls if any.
Buffet tables, linens and skirting (each 6' table with linen and skirting would rent for $40.00 most buffets need at least three to four.
Buffet Decorations to match theme. This would normally cost up to $200.00
Chafing dishes average rental $45.00 ea.
Sterno Fuel $1.50 per can most parties need at least 20
Convection ovens (average rental $45.00), extension cords
Chef work tables if needed.
Paper towels, cleaning fluids, plastic wraps
